Phandarian Project is a solo indie studio. No agency layer, no growth team, no roadmap deck. Just a small workbench and a habit of shipping things that started as personal itches.

The projects here span an ERP for tiny businesses, a mobile app that counts down the days you have left, a security scanner for teams without a red team, and a handful of side quests that may or may not graduate into main quests.

Everything is built in the open, one commit at a time, with more trial and error than any slide would admit.
